Franko started his yachting career in 2002. He worked for charter company’s and for private owners cruising the Mediterranean Sea including Turkey. He started as deckhand and worked his way up through the officer position on big commercial yachts to the captain position. He has a wide knowledge of all aspects of his position and is a confident Captain. He has excellent organizational skills and his aim is to give the best possible service to his guests. His hobbies are reading, playing tennis, keep fit in general and… being a Captain!

Stefan also began his yachting career immediately after his naval mechanical engineer school. He worked on different types and sizes of yachts as well as on sailing yachts. He loves his work and is very dedicated to his tasks and has known from the early age that he wanted to become a seaman. Being a team player by nature, with a sense of responsibility, he is a great asset to the team on board NIKITA. In his free time Stefan likes to read, work out and practice martial sports.

Our youngest crew member Bartol is new in yachting, but already now he is showing a very positive and professional approach to his job and daily duties. He enjoys very much working with people and has a friendly and outgoing nature. His aim is to fulfill his daily tasks to perfection. When not working he enjoys water sports and social interaction.
